What's Included in the Bond Proposition?
Prop. 1: New High School
- A 63,147 sq. ft. new high school addition, connected to the existing K-8 school
- 28,142 sq. ft. of shared spaces for the new K-12 campus that all grades will benefit from
- New parking lot
- New pick-up / drop-of road and sidewalks
- Renovation of existing North Lyon County K-8 kitchen
Prop. 2: Athletics Complex
- Located at 600 N Road 245, Americus, KS (intersection of Road F and Road 245) less than a mile from the future high school
- Track & field amenities
- Concessions, locker room, & restroom facilities
- New press box
- New roads & parking lot
